Introduction
Motivation for entrepreneurs is always one of the biggest problems they face.
As entrepreneurs, motivation is crucial. We cannot always perform our work full of desire, inspiration, and motivation like crazy, 90% of the days, in reality, you will probably want to quit or take breaks. It is precisely in these situations that some tricks to motivate us can really save our workday and enable us to keep going and give it our all.
Let’s start.
Biographies
Personally, the greatest motivation as an entrepreneur I have found is just within biographies. Being able to go 500-600 pages into the lives of people who have been on the same path that we are on today can make us realize that our problems have also been those of incredibly successful people. Regardless, it is always interesting to discover the quirks and humanity of people who usually seem to us so distant and unreachable, the more you read the more you will realize that they are MUCH more human than you think.
Here are some examples:
“Elon Musk” by Walter Isaacson;
“Steve Jobs” by Walter Isaacson;
“The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the Business of Life”;
“Sam Walton: Made in America”;
“My Life and Work” by Henry Ford;
“The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin”.

Podcasts
I think that Podcasts if used in the right way, can be gold mines to motivate you as an entrepreneur. Unfortunately though, sometimes, it’s not super easy to find good Podcasts that are capable of giving good examples or useful advice. Avoid watching 2 hours of people talking about nothing, because you can also go out with your friends and have some fun, and don’t waste your time.
Here are some examples:
“Joe Rogan Experience”;
“The Diary of A CEO”;
“Andrew Huberman Podcast”;;
“Jocko Willink Podcast”;
“Chris Williamson Podcast”;
“Tom Bilyeu Podcast”;
“PBD Podcast”.

Content created by entrepreneurs
One of the greatest assets we possess since the days of Social Media is the ability to watch entrepreneurs on the front lines, thanks to the content they share online. What better motivation as an entrepreneur than to watch a great entrepreneur showcase his or her day or business? In this way, we will also be able to better understand if we love that kind of life and if we are ready to give what it takes to get to those levels. There are so many online entrepreneurs who show their lives but not all of them are to be listened to LITERALLY…. Avoid buying video courses that make you rich in 3 steps.
Here are some examples:
“Jun Yuh”;
“Iman Gadzhi”;
“Patrick Bet David”;
“Daniel Dalen”.

Movies
I put films just below biographies as an entrepreneur’s motivation. There is a flood of movies capable of giving us the drive we need to be good entrepreneurs, besides that they also show us the “darker” sides of people we used to consider perfect. The pro of films compared to biographies is the speed with which we can consume them if you are very busy and need a couple of hours to take a break and motivate yourself
at the same time, I think movies are the best thing you can choose.
Here are some examples:
“The Social Network”;
“Jobs”;
“The pursuit of happiness”.

Sports
It may not directly center on entrepreneurship, but I can assure you that several studies show how sports and work can be directly related and that one can influence the other. Studies show that those who can play sports, either before or during work hours, manage to influence work in a very positive way, we feel much more energetic and willing to do, consequently motivation for us entrepreneurs can only improve. I cannot in this case give you examples of sports, you decide what you prefer and do not be influenced by others. Sports is always useful.
The videos of “PERSONA”
To end I can only recommend our videos. Lately, I attempt to go beyond simple motivation, but it certainly
remains an important component of my content. Remember that you do not need motivation all the time, if you have a good goal and a vision you will be able to keep going even during difficulties.
